Dear Father,<\/p>\n
It was Mick checking to see if I could make time for some pool this week.\u00a0 He seemed stressed.\u00a0 I hope he and Beth are doing OK.<\/p>\n
I know I spent some time during the last month helping at Catherine’s shelter.\u00a0 She’s so proud of it, Father, and with good reason!\u00a0 I keep imagining how many people will be helped.\u00a0 Of course, it’s also brought everyone closer together, too.\u00a0 Vincent seems more at peace than he has been since June.<\/p>\n
That third week I spent some time helping at the Center for Missing and Exploited Children.\u00a0 It was draining and heartbreaking.\u00a0 It’s no wonder You ensure none of us work those shifts for too long.\u00a0 But my shifts always give me so much respect for the amazing people who work there.<\/p>\n
I know I had lunch with Tess at some point.\u00a0 As always, it was great catching up with her.\u00a0 I’m so grateful for Dyeland but I do miss the time I used to spend going from place to place with Monica and Tess.<\/p>\n
The guys and I found time to play at some point.\u00a0 Got to love getting together with the band!<\/p>\n
Things with Amy really began to deteriorate then.\u00a0 Everything hit rock bottom on the 28th.\u00a0 Laja and I ended up discussing her own battle with anorexia.\u00a0 It was hard but I think it’s right we finally got it out in the open.\u00a0 I think it helped her to reach out to Amy.\u00a0 I know it helped me to see the determination in both their eyes.\u00a0 I know You’re always with them but please help them to know that.\u00a0 It’s what I want most for all my friends.<\/p>\n
I’m also praying that Yva’s allergies let up.\u00a0 Maybe with the change of weather?\u00a0 I know we all feel helpless at this point.<\/p>\n
Adam’s been having trouble sleeping although he seemed alright at the party today.\u00a0 I’m concerned about him.\u00a0 What can I do, Father?<\/p>\n
Lady Beth, Henry, and Rose seem to be doing well.\u00a0 Aunt Josephine also.\u00a0 Nigel and Willy have been keeping busy. And today… today was great.\u00a0 Having everyone together at Adam’s was a real blessing.\u00a0 So Thank You for Labor Day.\u00a0 Or maybe it’s better simply to say: thank You for all these days You give us.<\/p>\n
